Rachel and Rob, Part 2

I had show a few more from Rachel and Rob's wedding... it was so fun and Katherine and I took so many photos that I'm having trouble narrowing all of them down! Nearly finished, though, so here are a few more of their fantastic reception.

You know how every once in awhile you're at a wedding where EVERYONE is supremely happy? Not just the bride and groom and their families, but everyone including the flower girl and ring bearer and everyone getting down on the dance floor and the maid of honor does karaoke in her toast and one of the groomsmen plays "I Will" by the Beatles on acoustic guitar as part of HIS toast and... oh, wait. That's totally unique to Rob and Rachel's wedding and it was AWESOME.

Normally for a sneak peek I'd post three or four photos, but, um... well. Here are about 20. And this doesn't even go past the ceremony! Expect part 2 sometime next week, with shots of their fabulous reception. ;)

Rachel and Rob, thank you SO much for letting me be a part of this day. It was spectacular, and so are the two of you.

Melissa and Carl in Dripping Springs

There are a lot of things I could say about this wedding, and probably none of them would actually do them justice. Melissa and Carl are a fun, hilarious, adventuresome couple and let's just start with the fact that they chose to get married out on their land in the Hill Country, and that Carl built a deck/porch for them to get married on. And I was thinking "oh, a deck. That's nice." But no, people. He built a DECK.

It was not small. (Also, the groom does back flips. More on that later.)

In any case, their wedding was filled with moments and hilarity and people who loved them, and I'm so glad they asked me to be a part of capturing that day.

Kate and Micah: Sneak Peek

I had so much fun at Kate and Micah's wedding that I seriously wished I was a guest, rather than the photographer. Their families and friends were AMAZING, Mercury Hall was gorgeous, there was Salt Lick Barbecue and CoolHaus ice cream sandwiches(and keg stands!)... well, I could go on, but this is just the sneak peek. So I'll save the REAL wordiness for a full post.

Sarah and Jonathan: Sneak Peek

Sarah and Jonathan had one of the most beautifully intimate weddings I've seen... it was essentially a fantastic dinner party at which they happened to get married! It was a joy to be there with the people who love them both so much, and there was so much happiness for these two in every speech, look, handshake, and hug. More to come later, but for now, enjoy a sneak peek of Sarah and Jonathan's wedding!
